How to activate my identifier ? :
Following the receipt of your order of 1 or 5 marks, you will only have to key in the activation code sent in your booklet, in the location planned for it

What should I do if I loose an object ?
If it is not marked with one of our Backreward labels, you may want to report your loss by clicking on found/lost object, see on the welcome page in order to generate an announcement.
But if it is identified thanks to your Backreward label, it will be much faster for you to get it back when someone will have found it.
What should I do if I find an object ?
If it is not marked with one of our Backreward marks, , you may want to report your finding by clicking on found/lost object, see on the welcome page in order to generate an announcement. ( will come soon)
But if this one is identified thanks to your Backreward label, you just have to enter the code given on the label, at the defined location, see on the web page by “clicking here” then follow the instructions and see your future reward.
When shall I have to pay for the reward ?
The payment of the reward will be asked to you when you receive the mail informing you that your object has been found. This amount will be transferred to your finder after a confirmed return of the object to you.
Is the reward mandatory ?
You are not forced to put a reward when activating your codes. However, it is strongly recommended to do it because this will considerably improve the chances to recover your product.
What is the ID ?
The ID is a code printed on the labels. It will allow to find who owns the object. The ID is provided to only one unique person.
Am I sure that the finder will return my object to me ?
It is essential to put the security labels on all your products where you can fit them (smartphones, tablets, portable computers…). Without these codes, the finder can’t do anything with your objects, and thanks to the reward and to his honesty, he will do everything to return them to you.
If I loose my object abroad ?
Backreward is international. If you loose your object abroad, and this one is found, you will be connected with your finder in the same way. You only need to be able to get access to your e-mails via an internet connection.
If I sell my object or if it doesn’t work any more ?
You only need to connect to your Backreward customer account and to report which code is to be de-activated. You will then be able to order only one label for your new object.
Can I modify the amount of the reward ?
At any time, you can modify the amounts of your rewards, even after having lost your object until it is found, then it will be too late. You can effectively estimate that it has got an increased value over time (pictures, memories, contacts…)
